BOMAVIE TRUST CENTER · PRE-LAUNCH

Useful intelligence.
Clear family boundaries.

This center documents the safeguards BomaVie is building into the product. It is not a substitute for the final Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, children’s privacy notice or professional legal review required before public commercial launch.

Private by recordSharing is explicit—not inherited from household membership.
Adult-approved AIProposals wait for review before changing family plans.
No attention trapsNo ads, loot boxes or manipulative child reward mechanics.
PRODUCT COMMITMENTS

Safety is part of the workflow.

These principles guide current implementation and the remaining launch checklist.

Family and child safeguards

Child profiles are parent-managed. BomaVie is designed without targeted advertising, public child profiles, paid virtual currency, sibling leaderboards or open-ended child AI companions. Adult review is required before AI proposals become shared actions.

AI transparency and control

Michichi uses only context permitted for the requested feature. Proposals are labeled, explain their basis and remain optional. Important actions use preview, approval and undo instead of silent automation.

Wellness boundaries

Wellness features support everyday habits and family coordination. They do not diagnose, treat or monitor emergencies. Connected health information requires separate consent and stronger retention and incident controls.

Money boundaries

Connected financial information is used for household understanding and planning. BomaVie does not hold customer funds or promise financial outcomes. Payment execution and regulated advice require qualified partners and separate approval.

Data lifecycle

BomaVie minimizes collection, separates private and shared records, encrypts protected storage, validates backups and supports recovery exports that exclude secrets and other members’ private records. Formal retention and deletion schedules are part of launch readiness.

Original work and licenses

BomaVie uses original product language, workflows and visual expression. Third-party software remains subject to its license notices. A complete software bill of materials, trademark clearance and counsel review remain launch requirements.
